Accessibility Statement

At The Crypto Shop, we are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities.

We continuously improve the user experience for everyone and apply recognised accessibility standards to support inclusive access to our Service.

1. Our Commitment

The Crypto Shop strives to make its website accessible in line with recognised accessibility guidelines, including:

  • WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) Level AA
  • WCAG 2.2 recommendations, where practical
  • Relevant local accessibility regulations that apply to our Service

We aim to provide an inclusive experience for users who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control software, switch devices, and alternative input methods.

Accessibility is part of how we design and build The Crypto Shop โ€” not an afterthought.

2. Measures to Support Accessibility

To support accessibility across the storefront and account experience, we work to:

  • Use semantic HTML so page structure is clear to assistive technologies
  • Apply ARIA labels and roles where native HTML alone is not sufficient
  • Support keyboard navigation across core flows, including browsing, sign-in, deposits, and checkout
  • Maintain visible focus states so users can see where they are on the page
  • Use sufficient colour contrast for text and interactive elements
  • Respect user font and zoom preferences in the browser where possible
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons
  • Use accessible UI components built on established design-system primitives
  • Design mobile-first responsive layouts that work across screen sizes and orientations
  • Test key journeys on modern browsers and common assistive technology setups
  • Train our developers and designers to consider accessibility throughout product development

We know not every part of the Service will always meet every standard perfectly. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and prioritise fixes that remove barriers from essential user journeys.

3. Compatibility

The Crypto Shop is designed to work with:

  • Current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge
  • Modern assistive technologies on desktop and mobile devices
  • Standard operating-system accessibility features, such as screen readers, zoom, reduced motion, and high-contrast modes

Older browsers, outdated operating systems, or unsupported assistive technology combinations may not provide the full experience.

Some third-party services integrated into The Crypto Shop โ€” such as authentication, payment infrastructure, anti-abuse checks, and gift card fulfilment โ€” are operated by external providers and may have their own accessibility characteristics outside our direct control.

4. Known Limitations

Because The Crypto Shop is a live product that changes over time, some areas may present accessibility barriers, including:

  • Complex interactive components that are still being refined
  • Third-party widgets or embedded content
  • New features released before a full accessibility review is complete
  • Content supplied by external gift card issuers after redemption

If you encounter a barrier, please tell us. User feedback helps us prioritise improvements that matter most.

5. Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort.

We regularly review and test our Service to identify and address usability barriers. This includes manual checks, automated tooling where appropriate, and fixes as part of normal product development.

We welcome feedback from our users and aim to make The Crypto Shop more usable for everyone over time.

6. Feedback and Contact

If you experience an accessibility issue, need information in an alternative format, or have suggestions to improve the platform, please contact us:

Email: info@cryptoshop.com

When contacting us, it helps if you include:

  • The page or feature where you experienced the issue
  • The device and browser you were using
  • Any assistive technology involved
  • A short description of the problem

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within two (2) business days.

7. Formal Complaints

If you believe we have not adequately addressed your accessibility concerns, you may send a formal complaint by email to info@cryptoshop.com.

We take accessibility feedback seriously and will work to investigate and resolve issues promptly.

The Crypto Shop remains committed to providing equal access and usability for everyone, regardless of ability or technology.
