Welcome to The Crypto Shop. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the The Crypto Shop website and related services (collectively, "The Crypto Shop" or the "Service"). Please read them carefully before creating an account, depositing funds, or purchasing any product through The Crypto Shop. By accessing or using The Crypto Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

Dubai, United Arab Emirates In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to DMMC Digital Concierge FZCO. You can contact us at info@cryptoshop.com. We aim to respond to enquiries within two (2) business days. Formal legal notices may be sent to the address above, marked for the attention of DMMC Digital Concierge FZCO.

2. What The Crypto Shop Does

The Crypto Shop is an online platform that lets registered customers:

Deposit supported cryptocurrencies through our payment infrastructure partner.
Receive the credited amount as store credit in their The Crypto Shop account.
Use that store credit to purchase digital gift cards and similar closed-loop prepaid products ("Products") from third-party issuers. The Crypto Shop resells Products sourced from third-party providers. Each Product is redeemable only with its issuer, subject to that issuer's own terms, conditions, restrictions, and expiry rules. The Crypto Shop is available in multiple regions and currencies. The Products shown to you depend on the country and currency you select. We do not guarantee that a Product purchased for one region or currency will work in another.

3. Eligibility

To use The Crypto Shop, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Register for and maintain a The Crypto Shop account.
Use the Service only for lawful personal purposes. The Crypto Shop is offered to customers worldwide, subject to these Terms and any restrictions we are required or choose to apply. We do not perform identity verification (KYC) as a condition of opening or using an account at this time. However, we reserve the right to request identity verification or additional information at any time, including before processing deposits, purchases, or refunds, where we reasonably believe it is necessary for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or risk management.

4. Your Account

You must create an account before depositing funds or purchasing Products. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and current account information.
Keeping your login credentials secure.
All activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account with anyone else, create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, or use another person's account without permission. We may suspend, restrict, or close your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in suspicious or unlawful activity, or pose a risk to The Crypto Shop, other users, or third-party providers.

5. Deposits and Store Credit

5.1 How deposits work

The Crypto Shop allows you to fund your account by depositing supported cryptocurrencies. The cryptocurrencies, networks, and deposit options available to you are determined by our payment infrastructure provider and may change from time to time without prior notice. When we receive and credit a qualifying deposit, the value is added to your The Crypto Shop account as store credit, displayed in USDC-equivalent terms for purchasing purposes.

5.2 Minimum deposits

Each supported token and network may have a minimum deposit amount. If you send an amount below the applicable minimum, it will not be credited as usable store credit until the combined total for that token on that same network reaches the minimum. To lift a below-minimum deposit, you must send additional funds of the same token on the same network to your deposit address.

5.3 No bank account, no cash value

Your The Crypto Shop store credit:

Is not a bank account, e-money account, or stored-value facility regulated as deposit-taking or payment services in your jurisdiction.
Does not earn interest.
Is not insured or protected by any deposit guarantee scheme.
May be used only to purchase Products on The Crypto Shop.

5.4 No withdrawals

Store credit cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another person, or redeemed for cash or cryptocurrency except where we are legally required to do so or we expressly agree otherwise in writing. By depositing funds, you acknowledge that your balance is intended solely for use on The Crypto Shop.

5.5 No expiry

Unused store credit does not expire solely because of account inactivity, unless we are required to handle it differently by applicable law or we notify you of a change under Section 12.

5.6 Deposit errors

You are solely responsible for sending the correct cryptocurrency on the correct network to the deposit address shown in your account. If you send:

An unsupported token,
Funds on an unsupported network,
Funds to an incorrect address, or
Funds that cannot be matched to your account, we may be unable to credit your account and no refund or recovery is guaranteed. In some cases, funds may be permanently lost. Deposits are generally non-refundable. Overpayments, underpayments, duplicate deposits, and mistaken deposits are not eligible for refund unless we agree otherwise at our sole discretion.

5.7 Conversion

If you deposit a cryptocurrency that is not credited one-to-one as USDC, we may convert it into store credit using our internal valuation process. We do not guarantee any particular exchange rate, spread, or timing of conversion.

6. Purchasing Products

6.1 How purchases work

Products are purchased using your available store credit. Each order is for a single Product at the face value and currency you select at checkout. The USDC-equivalent amount charged against your balance is calculated at the time of purchase based on the pricing shown to you during checkout. You are responsible for reviewing the amount, brand, denomination, currency, and region before confirming a purchase.

6.2 Issuer terms

Each Product is issued by a third party, not by The Crypto Shop. By purchasing a Product, you agree to the applicable issuer terms and conditions, including any restrictions on where, how, and when the Product may be used. You should review the issuer's terms before purchase. The Crypto Shop does not control issuer policies on returns, replacements, lost codes, or expired balances.

6.3 Regional and product suitability

You are responsible for selecting the correct country, currency, brand, and denomination for your intended use. If you purchase a Product that is not valid in your country, not accepted by the merchant you intended, or otherwise unsuitable for your needs, that is your responsibility. The Crypto Shop is not liable for redemption failures caused by your selection error.

6.4 Delivery

After a successful purchase, we will deliver the Product digitally, typically by displaying redemption details in your account and/or sending them to the email associated with your account. Some Products are fulfilled immediately. Others may take longer depending on the issuer or provider. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If your Product has not been delivered within a reasonable time after purchase, contact info@cryptoshop.com.

6.5 No cooling-off period

Because Products are digital goods that can be used immediately once delivered, you do not have a statutory cooling-off period after redemption details have been supplied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Refunds

7.1 General rule

All purchases are final. Except as stated below, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

7.2 When a refund may be available

You may qualify for a refund only if:

You paid for a Product,
The Product was not delivered to your account or associated email, and
We confirm after investigation that delivery failed due to a technical or provider issue on our side. If you received redemption details, the Product is treated as delivered, even if you have not yet redeemed it with the issuer.

7.3 Form of refund

Any refund approved by our team will be issued only as store credit to your The Crypto Shop account. We do not refund to external cryptocurrency wallets or bank accounts unless we are legally required to do so. Deposits are not refundable.

7.4 How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact info@cryptoshop.com with your order details. We may ask for additional information to investigate the issue. Refund decisions are made at our reasonable discretion after reviewing provider records and delivery logs. We are not obliged to issue a refund where the Product was delivered correctly or where the issue arose from your mistake, the issuer's policies, or circumstances outside our control.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not use The Crypto Shop to:

Break any applicable law or regulation.
Purchase Products for resale, commercial distribution, or bulk arbitrage without our written consent.
Commit fraud, abuse promotions, or attempt to manipulate pricing or balances.
Circumvent geographic, product, or account restrictions.
Use the Service on behalf of a third party in a way that conceals the true beneficiary where prohibited by law.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through automated scraping, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or excessive requests.
Provide false information or impersonate another person. We may investigate suspicious activity, delay or block transactions, suspend accounts, and report conduct to relevant authorities where appropriate.

9. Third-Party Services

The Crypto Shop relies on third-party providers for deposits, product sourcing, fulfilment, email delivery, authentication, and infrastructure. We do not control those providers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, policy changes, or discontinuation of services. If a third-party failure prevents us from delivering a Product, your remedy is limited to the refund rules in Section 7. References to third-party names, brands, merchants, or issuers are for identification only. The Crypto Shop is not affiliated with or endorsed by those third parties unless expressly stated.

10. Availability and Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of The Crypto Shop at any time, including specific tokens, networks, brands, regions, or features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Maintenance, provider downtime, blockchain congestion, and force majeure events may cause delays or temporary unavailability. We may update product listings, pricing, availability, and technical requirements without prior notice.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Crypto Shop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities.
We do not warrant that any Product will be accepted by any particular merchant or remain available from the issuer.
We are a reseller and intermediary, not the issuer of the Products you buy. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

The Crypto Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
The Crypto Shop shall not be liable for losses arising from issuer refusal, merchant refusal, expired Products, your selection of the wrong Product or region, blockchain or wallet errors, or third-party service failures.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim, or
- the store credit balance directly affected by the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we may also notify you by email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of The Crypto Shop after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service. Any remaining store credit may still be subject to these Terms and applicable law.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at info@cryptoshop.com and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.

15. General

15.1 Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DMMC Digital Concierge FZCO regarding your use of The Crypto Shop.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.3 No waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.

15.5 Language

These Terms are written in English. If translated, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
